caring for. If you hear yourself beginning most of your sentences with
“He….. or She…… or They……” then you can be sure that the focus is
outside of yourself. Return to you. Take a few deep breaths and turn
within yourself to see how you are feeling. Ask yourself what you
want. Ask yourself how you want to show up in the moment. As
yourself what you want to hear, feel, see, say or do and then do those
things for YOU.
