Take it slow. Slowing down allows you to dive deeper into yourself, to get to know yourself better. When we live from the heart, we are mindful of how we are feeling in every moment and allow that to be the navigation from which we live life. Focus on this very moment. Feel into it. Notice what you want to do. Notice what feels good. Let go of all of the “have to” and “should” thinking and simply allow yourself to BE for this very moment in time. Time stands still. You are you, here with you. Ahhhh…..deep breath of LIFE.
